We hope you love your new Ivy & Maeve piece! If you’re not completely satisfied or have simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund under the conditions below.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Important Notes:

All returns must be shipped to our overseas fulfillment center.

Returns sent to local facilities or domestic sorting centers cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind). Fees depend on the shipping method you choose.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.

Once your return is approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for shipping.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unused and in original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items include:

Personalized or custom-made products

    We may request additional proof before issuing a replacement or refund.

    Processing Time

    Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your return or refund is completed.

    Refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling fees.

    Refund Method

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of inspection.
    If the refund has not appeared after this period, please contact your payment provider directly.

    Warranty

    All jewelry comes with a limited warranty covering damage due to material defects or craftsmanship.
    This warranty does not cover:

    Lost items

    Normal wear and tear

    Improper storage or handling

    Modifications made after purchase

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Orders can be changed or canceled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting our team with your order number.

    After 30 minutes, orders are considered final.

    Approved cancellations are subject to a 2% processing fee.
