We always guarantee shipment of your order. However, during promotions or seasonal events, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased demand.

Order Processing

After your order is confirmed, Transit Duration is 1-2 business days and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

    Standard delivery: 1–2 business days for transit, then 3–10 business days for shipping (depending on demand and destination).

    If an order is confirmed lost in transit, you may request a replacement or refund.

    All shipments include insurance and a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

    Important Information

    Address accuracy
    Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
    If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, a refund cannot be issued. A new shipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

    Missed deliveries
    If the courier cannot reach you, a notice may be left. If the package is not collected within 15 days and is returned, a reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

    Address changes
    Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address, as shipments are handled by external carriers.

    Customs & duties
    International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Delays outside our control
    Customs processing and logistical conditions may affect delivery times.

    Returns & Acceptance

    Returns may be requested according to our return policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
